Tuesdays: 4.30 - 5.30pm & 5.30 - 6.30pm
Thursdays: 4.30 - 5.30pm & 5.30-6.30pm
Saturdays: 12.15 - 1.15pm, 1.15 - 2.15pm & 2.25 - 3.25pm
Sundays: 10 - 11am & 11-12pm

Our classes here at AGL have been created to mix Aerial Circus Arts with Gymnastics. The foundation of being a great gymnast requires strength, flexibility, coordination and passion. The first term of classes is designed to focus on all of these things (strength, flexibility, coordination and of course finding passion and enjoyment!

Our kids classes cover 4 skills which include floor acrobatics/ gymnastics, aerial hoop, trapeze and sling. The cost is £45 per month plus a one-off joining fee of £10.
