Please note, if you would like to add more than one child to our waiting list you will need to fill the form twice. Due to high demand, we have limited available spaces. Should a space become available we will contact you via phone.

Children must be aged 6 or above to join our classes. Anyone submitted under the age of 6 will be removed from our waiting list.
