Acrobatics is our only floor-based discipline and is only offered on our children's 12-week course.
The start of every lesson will be spent learning and improving the basics and core moves of acrobatics/gymnastics. In this, we cover forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, strength training, and flexibility.
Please note, this section of our classes is designed to focus on gymnastic skills that are relevant to aerial training. We do not focus on all floor-based gymnastics skills nor do we work towards flips.
