Open Aerial Training 

Open training is solo practice time for anyone aged 18+ to improve strength, flexibility, and practice skills that they have already been taught. 

Open training is only for those who are competent to train without supervision. Those who attend open training are strictly not allowed to teach others. There will be an instructor on-site during open training however they are not there to teach. Everyone who attends open training will be required to book an induction first.

Lastly, everyone is welcome to use our equipment during open training, this includes; aerial hoops, straps, silks, trapezes, slings, ropes and our Spanish web.


Open training currently runs on Monday & Thursday nights 7-9.15pm and takes place inside Studio 2, pictured below.
