Open Aerial Training 

 

Open training is solo practice time for anyone aged 18+ to improve strength, flexibility, and practice skills that they have already been taught. 

Open training is only for those who are competent to train without supervision. Those who attend open training are strictly not allowed to teach others. There will be an instructor on-site during open training however they are only there to help with rigging.

Due to the ongoing change in government guidelines, our open training will change month 

to month, please see details below on when our open training will run and in which studio.

Please note, we will be adding more sessions but for now, the below ones are available to

be booked.
