Studio Assistant Manager - Deadline July 10th 2022

Do you have experience working with both children and adults? A passion for aerial arts? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for a project and seeing it through to success? If so, this could be the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Studio Assistant Manager to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role will include managing the day-to-day running of our studio and ensuring our members have a great experience when visiting AGL. Job Type: Freelance (part-time)

When: Late July start (negotiable)

Where: Studio-based, 1-2days per week plus additional  WFH hours (negotiable)

Fee: £90 - £225 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the daily operations of the studio

  • Ensuring the studio is a fun and safe learning environment for our members.

  • Ensuring that all health & safety measures are maintained/up to date.

  • Ensuring the booking system is kept up to date.

  • Managing payments/sales.

  • Following up on leads.

  • Overseeing new projects.

  • Ensuring leaflets/marketing materials are visible and distributed within the studio.

  • Management of social media.

  • Coming up with new ideas and bringing them to fruition.

  • Engaging with children, their families and adults within the studio. 

  • Ensuring all emails are responded to within a timely matter.

  • Actively supporting member retention/new memberships.

  • Problem-solving.

About you:

  • A team player who can lead by example.

  • Strop verbal, written and communications skills. 

  • Administration experience.

  • A passion for fitness and supporting people to achieve their goals

  • Inclusive - you fully support people for who they are and you're accepting of every individual.

  • Excellent customer service skills, you're welcoming and professionals with a positive attitude.

  • The ability to listen and understand each customer's needs. 

Knowledge and experience in the world of circus arts would be desirable but is not a necessity. A willingness to learn and get stuck in is the main thing!
