However please note it is a condition of our Insurance Policy and generally accepted UK-wide to take and retain client records. We will hold client records indefinitely after the end of membership. If you would like your personal data to be removed, this is available upon request and will take place within 2 working days.

14. The fee of £10 per request is based on the administrative cost of providing the information. ​
