Handstands are exactly what the name states! We teach you how to balance on your hands!
This class is designed to teach you safe techniques for practicing your handstands which you can then use in your free time.
This class is suitable for complete beginners through to those working towards 1-arm handstands! Learning to balance whilst on your hands is also a great way to increase body awareness and coordination which in turn will help your aerial practice.
Please note we are not currently running regular handstand classes, but this may change so keep an eye out on our website!
