Aerial hoop (also known as Lyra or Cerceaux) is a steel hoop suspended from the ceiling. We use single-tab aerial hoops which means they hang by one point (see picture). Aerial hoop helps improve strength, flexibility, coordination and you learn to spin lift, and twist your way around the hoop.
Aerial hoop is great for those who are brand new to aerial or those with lots of experience! With a range of weekly classes at our London Studio, we offer aerial hoop in the following levels; Beginners, Improvers 1, Improvers 2/Intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced.
