Aerial Straps are 2 pieces of fabric with 2 loops at the end of each piece of fabric where you put your hands. This discipline in particular pushes you to work on your upper body and core strength more than other aerial disciplines.
These classes are recommended for those with experience in other fitness types that use functional strength (gymnastics, pole dancing, martial arts, etc). Straps are primarily a strength and conditioning-based class.
We currently offer a beginner's straps class suitable for those with less than 1 year of experience and an intermediate-level straps class for those with experience.
