Adult Classes

We are excited about the reopening of Aerial Gymnastics London. As always our top priority is the safety of our staff and students. Due to this we have been working very hard to ensure the safety for all our members and staff upon our reopening. Please find below the information and safety protocols that will be put in place. Class fees are strictly non refundable.  If you would like to change your class day/time a minimum of 72 hrs notice must be given, after this we will be unable to change any bookings. Please note, should you become positive with Covid-19 and unable to attend class we will unfortunately be unable to refund your class, however, you are welcome to donate your class to a third party.

Please note all changes are to be followed strictly with zero exceptions.

Covid-19 Protocols for Adults

  • If you feel ill or may be showing any flu/ covid-19 like symptoms STAY AT HOME.

  • Bookings are non refundable or transferable 

  • If you have had any contact with anyone who is suspected/confirmed to have Covid-19 please do not to enter the premises, If you realise this after you have been to the centre please contact the centre as soon as possible to notify.

  • The car park will be closed to all members to ensure safety to our members, which are queuing in order to maintain social distancing.

  • Hand sanitising stations will be set up at the entrance and all exits to the main building and studio. There will also be multiple stations set up within the building

  • All members will be unable to use the car park. (Please note you can park in the ASDA car park for up to 3 hours at your own risk)

  • Sanitising sprays will also be on hand to clean any equipment before and after use

  • All adult session are now ONLINE BOOKING only! This to reduce risk of cash payments and building congestion at reception. This will also provide COVID-19 track and trace information of members in the building and what class they attended at what time of day.

  • Changing rooms will be closed to help prevent the spread of covid -19 

  • Dedicated toilets will also be allocated to individual activities, to add as a COVID-19 prevention measure for Members and Staff. 

  • Adults are to enter the gym one at a time via the main entrance and exit through the side fire exit SEE DIAGRAM BELOW

  • Adults are to queue in the car park with 2m spacing which will be marked out. 

  • Adult members must come prepared for training as there will be no access to changing rooms. Personal items are to be kept at a minimum and placed 2m apart from other members items

  • Each adult will have their own dedicated piece of equipment 

  • There will be no spotting from instructors

  •  For safety seasons skills during Taught session maybe limited or adapted for social distancing. 

  • In the event of a second lock down all pre paid classes will be paused until the studio re opens. You will then get a choice of when to reschedule your class.

  •  AGL will be required to comply with NHS Track and Trace if requested.
